You have no clue who's bought and sold shares. Your theory about the "big boys" is a complete fabrication on your part.
I highly doubt they'll ever pump a single barrel of oil from Belize - I also highly doubt they will ever get to CFP from TX operations. Just my opinion of course based on three years of blunders. One thing I am definitely certain of is that the shares outstanding will continue to increase - and that ain't no Bull.
