Last time I was buying I often had to bid two or three ticks above that last traded price. That was March time. If I was buying today I'd be bidding at 0005 or 6
Good luck buddy. If shares are that short in supply already it is funny how the price has not moved back up yet.
Pressure will build up hopefully like a pressure cooker then lift off!
