Oneforall,  instead of insinuating fraud, etc;  it would help if you could post proof and DD facts so the rest of the TECO investing community will have facts to base their opinions on.  I'm frustrated as well but I try to post old PR's and explain their outcome versus the PR's wording when criticizing past decisions, implied milestones,  lack thereof, and lack of oil production. There are also financials and opinions in the filings that can be DD'd so you can be specific.  You lose credibility when you simply call insiders "fraudsters" without any DD.  Have you found anything to substantiate your claims?  I would really like to read it.
