As I looked at other companies predictions of financials the last 3 years it was common for them to take 3 times longer than predicted, especially for audited.
When the PR came out I doubted they could financials, sec reg statement and prospectus within the stated time frame, but they seemed so sure of themselves and I thought they must have something up their sleeve to be able to do so fast, and hope springs eternal and one cannot live without hope.
I would guess 3 weeks between the above and the settlement date for the new stock,so we are coming up on 3 times the estimated time for the above in Sept-and wouldnt it be amazing if the time was only 2.5 times the estimated.
I always wonder why these co's estimate time as they do-they must not be aware of this dynamic. I know many public co's have no idea how stockholders think, and Brads never been public.
Most likely 1 of the promised elements is the holdup=-does anybody have any thoughts on how long the sec reg statement or prospectus might take- I've never been in a stock that was dealing w that before.
