A l ready ha p pened 8/1 4 at least it trades that way.
I found out why i have NEVER seen a penny stock with such a low share structure be so low. it is because it just had A R/S, BUT didn't raise the A/S to hundreds millions like MOST other pennies w/new ss so they can dilute. the A/S got smaller. GREAT sign something big in the works here, could see pennies w/new ss. Anyone that bought shares as of yesterday and today...congrats! Read the filing! Post split shares are referred to as of August 14th wink. Read the disclosure...post split is referred several times as August 14

all in my honest opinion! You can tell by the way this traded today and imho, it's all in the disclosure
