OK - you IH Newbies - if you want to sticky a post, just click on the pin on the left. I just stickied the post about not having sticky posts.

You can un sticky a post by clicking on the  pin and the post goes back in line. 

If you want to include a picture in a post, most of them work just by dragging them.
