I was looking at the coding of the MSJ.com website to see if it said when it was last updated - sorry it doesn't.
Ok this is interesting - the IP address for minerasanjorge.com is 68.180.151.96
If you look it up on this website: http://www.site24x7.com/find-ip-address-of-web-site.html
It comes up as being hosted from: http://www.ipligence.com/geolocation Sunnyvale California. Unfortunately, I've checked that is where Yahoo webhosting offices are based! So no luck finniding who owns the domain name.
Unfortunately you can also pay for privacy so your details are not published these days. Handy for an individual.
