So MD isn't going to put out news, because people " BCAP shareholders" want him too.  Well how about releasing the Q2 fins, because he has an obligation per OTC rules and Regulations to do so, and as an officer of a public company " irregardless of being the sole officer" he also has a responsibility to the Shareholders " us".  It is not a sole proprietorship where he doesn't have to answer to anyone, especially when he is late with a filing.
