Yes, they say dont typically give buy or sell ratings but this one looks good.  "this one has all the makings of a runner"... and they are gettign ducks in a row.. AI (said IA) in place and "a follow up featured band to bring up any shortfall".

So by what Stocks posted yesterday... just need TIPS tomorrow to have them as headliner and we go... or next week.  hoping tomorrow...
