Although we all want the S-1 document filed, I think our recent addition to BOD and the subsequent assets coming to us was our main reason for any delay.  CDFT is taking their time and getting it right.  We still have to the end of September for this quarter.  It was a real blow to those bashers on the HUB.  They could not get the their jobs done, so they had to have reinforcements brought in.  It is really quite amusing.  They spew the same uninformed information and even argue among themselves.  They question, weather or not, if anything they have been saying makes sense.  I just noticed, Nitwit also posted.  I am looking forward to the day that they eat crow.  IMO CDFT will uplist, and we will be able to sell Oct - Nov 13.
