NEW MERGER! Major Asian Merger!

There is an Asian merger in the works. Major merger! Not our deal. We were consulted to assist the company in their contract formulations and LOIs. Expect an announcement on this from the company soon. All negotiations were done directly by the CEO and the Asian Group. Based on our calculations of control block, the new merger company paid about 0022 for the right to be the main operating subsidiary in AGIJ. Collagenna will most likely remain a secondary subsidiary. This should make AGIJ a strong company with a good healthy balance book.
