I agree they have made some " major blunders " to put in nicely, and the cost of Belize is astronomical for a start up company, just can't commit on the no oil thing.
That aside, if there is oil Treaty receives the first amounts recovered to pay for drilling cost's, etc..
That will be a good chunk of change. On the other hand if there is not, can we recover from the Belize venture quick enough to avoid a major blow to treaty and the PPS. Even with all of the new Texas leases. We all sure hope so. And if and when we do recover, the payout better be BIG.
