We are all taking a chance so if you are here to win make more upbeat posts.  I am ready and waiting for some good news and I am happy the got rid of some unwanted leases with problems which were beyond our expertise.  You understand the market and that there is huge turmoil in the middle east.  So W Texas and other domestic plays will become more  valuable if all hell breaks loose.  $1000 oil during WW3 which might be in our future.  I know this is an extreme example and might not happen but $160 oil will happen in the next 7 years if the economy only grows at 4 %.  so having some of you money invested in Ex oil plays is ok.  I prefer domestic plays.
