The reason i believe a reverse merger is coming:#1 It was North Cal who made Hollund restructure there shares the first time around.# 2 Hollund has done everything North Cal has asked them to do.# 3 Hollund has now made North Cal Property there official headquarters.So my point is Hollund could have a business relationship with North Cal without having to do all of those things.Of what concern is Hollund share structure to North Cal its non of there business,they have an agreement for North cal to mill & sell the wood so why all the extra & bending over backwards for North Cal,When tigerlynk gets built i am pretty sure we could have worked with any company of our choice.
