Joe this happened to my stepdaughter at Basic Training Graduation Ceremony.

Fainting in formation

She was determined to not pass out in graduation formation

so locked her knees.

So she passed out standing up.

Her sergeant kicked her feet out from under to being her to with cool water.

She continued on with her arm on her sergeant's shoulder.

No one saw what happened from the stands where all the parents & guests were.
