Holy Cow people! Seafarer is going straight to the phase 3 salvage permit. There is no CORE, No FDEP, no easement, none of that other multiple permit stuff. Those are all covered in phases 2 and 3 which were done by Heartland some time ago. Haven't we already covered this?
