1. The market for Olea shares would be much more difficult to establish than CYBK
2. CYBK doesn't just sell kiosks -- there's on-going incremental income on a per kiosk and per portal basis
3. The relationships CYBK is establishing with other companies (basically the big revenue driver)
Chris Clarke and Oren Manelis need to show the market they can deliver revenues and then prove it with audited financials.
