I'm not going to take any chances.  Seems that Fridays we are green in the afternoon.  And Monday mornings we are usually green.  So I could screw myself waiting for a cheap entry if fins will be out at the latest Monday @ noon.  IMO my best chance is tomorrow morning.  Once 2PM hits SKTO usually picks up.
