Yup - Just called my broker and absolutely nothing can be done about it until Sept 25th.  No matter what broker I use they all have to follow the same SEC rules.  It would be worse to switch because I would have to wait the 3 day settlement period.  So no matter how you look at it, my best option is to wait until tomorrow and pray she hasn't taken off yet.
