I know that sometimes from a previous fellow that certain group would load up the boat and then hire promoters to help them sell the stock they loaded. If it is the company paying them with money, I will accept that though because it was much needed.

BTW, Royal used to be an on and off holder since I started with TOFS - so, I assume they will flip!!
