Slow, from what I remember from the pictures of those pumps, they couldn't handle 40BOPD very well, if at all.  Just a guess, but I would think Treaty will want to make sure they have a commercially viable well before spending the money for a larger pump that will be needed for the SJ#3.  And they just might know if they do have that by this weekend.  If it's positive, the time will really be to ...
