LOL seriously!! Late filing given the reason they listed has me stoked!! And like someone said on ihub board, the company is not doing anything shady. They are simply utilizing a 5 day grace period that is granted to them to get all their ducks in a row. If we would have seen no filing and no notice of delay then I'd be sweating balls right now.
