I agree. I was mainly mentioning it because the terms set forth by himr under their guidelines are very similar to section 8 in this filing. This funding was approved back in June I believe it stated and also it states prepayment as a viable payment through conversion or cash so I was just thinking some of the conversions we have been seeing in the past months might be from shares issued to the lender as prepayment toward some of the loan. Just some thoughts that popped up while reading.
