Aug 15 is 45 days after eoq, and I'll bet a lot companies were thinking they had 45 days after eoq which is  what SEC says for Pete's sake. June 30 eoq was Sunday so now it's not 45 days it's 44. Go figure. They like to keep everybody dancing on a balance beam. #%^&*(@!$!
