We know Market Makers play games to generate a market Hightech.  We also know Mr. Hayward is working out a deal with Hollund (it might already be worked out) to eliminate all or most of his preferred Class C shares for the benefit of the company and its shareholders.   So I expect the bid to return and price will soon follow.  This news should also be released soon.
