Chart is screaming for a catalyst!  Bollinger Bands are very narrow can spring in either direction hard, looks like it will spring positive imo.  OBV volume at the bottom is looking promising showing the buying pressure going up steeply, another good sign an uptrend is possible soon with FINS! And need to get the manipulators out of the way
