Short your stock and take your money 101. I don't care what the company does. They cure cancer and give each patient 20 million dollars for their story. I don't care. Company comes to the penny market for money to run their business and shorty does what his name implies. He shorts the stock and pockets the money. The company does well and comes out with a pr. You run to buy shares. Shorty lets it go up while he is shorting the whole way and putting your money in his pocket and when you stop buying because you are broke till the next SS check  he takes it down. There is no one who can stop someone from selling shares at lower than the last with the sole purpose of taking it down.
