Not a good sign for GEO who apparently thought they werent going to be able to manipulate the judge as much as thought -and that their everchanging story-the equipment  Geo is claiming is not even the same equipment Geo claimed in their own TX complaint!!!! so Geo may have felt that would come home to harm them or as I said needed more time to judgment proof assets-just my opinion

legal does not affect production and once texas case is over mid october the legal ball is all in CWRN's court to the tune of possible scores of millions actual and punitive
