MINE has trouble sustaining rallies for a few reasons (besides normal and healthy profit taking)---toxic dilution, insiders dumping into news and volume, and even wash trading, possibly.
Besides her other valid reasons that caution should be taken, sam made another good point. Apparently, Level 5 has yet to register trademarks for their proposed products. If true, that's odd, and not a good sign.
