See the tiny run getting started that pushed it to .0130, somebody caught on and put his ask at .0128 with 100k to stop the spurt. Then when we buy that crap the pps gets lower and lower and lower...this tactic with skto i think is kinda new, i dont think i saw it the past few months..either thay or we have some idiot trader now
