I am not a poster on the Hub, at least as of now.  But, I do keep up with the commentary over there.  Those bashers are relentless.  They said we would not get Preferred Shares, we did.  They said we would not get an r/s approved. It happened.  They said we would not get the TA to sign off on the commons, they did.  They said the Villa was some sort of get away, instead the company made the real estate company with all of their assets part of us.  They said we could not register and the CEO had a self imposed date of Jul 31.  Well, on Aug 2nd we got a respected attorney for the filing of the uplisting.  I completely understand that they have an agenda, but, so does CDFT.  IMO this process has been well thought out and the when the CEO went to the NYSE Alternext at the beginning of the year, he knew either what to do, or was told what blanks to fill in, and we are getting close to the finish line.  Thanks to Hot and others for riling up those bashers.  I enjoyed reading their antics, last night.
