That is not true. Just because some basher on lie hub told you that PR's mean nothing if the content is not also in an 8-k is ridiculous.  8-ks are for material facts.  But press release are looked at just as strongly as the information in an 8-k. There is no difference. As a matter of fact PRs are easier to find.  When we do a release it is picked up by 2000 websites and journals.  Its indexed in Google 1000  times more then an 8-k.
