A suggestion... When people on Lie Hub say converted shares can be sold without 144.  That I have sold 600 million shares.  Ask them to prove it.  Ask them to show you the case law, sec files or specific rules that says these can be sold without 144. They won't show you because it does not exist.  Ask them to prove their lies and eventually, maybe they will need to find something true to talk about.
