For those who dont know Geo bizarrely brought suit in TX in violation of every iteration of the JVA- all which declared CA as venue.
CWRN has a much larger suit against Geo in CA,as per the jva.
In JULY all of a sudden Geo tried to exit the TX suit in favor of TX arbitration. The TX judge rejected Geos motion. I'm involved in an arbitration that began almost 10 years ago-to move to TX arbitration-which would violate JVA -to start all over after all the unnecessary motions/complications Geo has wrought in TX, would delay things. Bizarre for Geo to suddenly want arbitration. Maybe they figure they will not only lose the gravy but all the ingredients necessary to make the gravy- which could easily happen to Geo,and need more time to judgment proof assets-all my opinion.
The TX docs have all been accessed and read but i dont post them here because they are either confusing or incomprehensible to laymen,are sometimes a bizarre attempt at manipulation,and dont affect present operations.
