Don't have a L2. This stock has tons of potential but is manipulated very badly. Management has made tons of errors across the previous 2 years but has made a great turn around since the middle of the 2nd quarter. Things are looking up and some would say now is the time to get ready. I will tell you to do as much DD as you can but this company WILL win one day, just don't know when that day will be. I am in the oil and gas business so I know how things happen and their expense. For TECO to still be around and producing more oil than ever before, this is the place to be IMO. GLTY. GO TECO!!!
