The biggest advantage I'm looking for is to get off the Grey's.
Other than that my expectation levels are rather neutral, because I don't expect much cash involved in the sale, if any, but a share swap, no matter how it is construed ought to do the job. It can also be that he's selling everything, I mean J3 is a private company of GTGP and since he's selling GTGP it could be that J3 is included in that entire package, and then it would probably be all cash. Unless the buyer is a public entity, then it can again be a mix of possibilities... Time will tell... Perhaps he cut a deal with the SEC and they gave 'm a year to find a solution, so half Sept should be our window of opportunity to be redeemed from these dreaded Grey's...
