A reverse merger into BCAP? I doubt it. BCAP is operating and building its business even without the filings updated and submitted or press releases put out. I expect we will hear from Matt Dwyer and BCAP in the near future. I expect the news to be good on what has transpired over the last 7-8 months in the quiet period.
