Mike, I agree PR is good news, it's not like VICL this morning. But, we already knew they were seeking uplisting months ago. I had already assumed they were "eyeballing" potential BOD folks, not just starting. It blows my mind that when anyone/thing is questioned, they instantly become a "basher." I am long CTIX . . . but I can be realistic too.
