This is my Current BMSN concern.... and Something we can STOP!! =
....the Only "Complaint" we should all file to the SEC is that WE (BMSN ShareHolders) should Demand that the SEC Doesn't Allow the BMSN A/S be increased to 5 Billion Shares without OUR VOTE!!!

If we FORCE BMSN to only have the 2 Billion A/S that we Currently have .......... WE can MAKE BMSN POP to Pennies ................and THEN let them Raise the A/S to say 3 Billion+ after !!!
....sorry I NEED to run and work on a Property of mine.
