If any positive predictions by pumpers were imminent then the market would be speaking loudly with trading volume. If the trading public has no interest in TECO then these pumped predictions are meaningless. TECO could produce 1000 BPD by next week but nobody would believe it based on their track record. They will need to take out a front page ad in the WSJ too attract investors at this point and provide undeniable proof of much improved financials. Too much bullchit has been flung and blind is on board the BS train. It's his miserable job.
