That's the part I don't get.. Bao should be building their new steel plant in Northern Baja instead of China. It would cost them next to nothing to get the coal from Wyoming and we have enough iron from CWRN to make it worthwhile. Why go through all the BS of shipping coal and iron over to China and then shipping the steel back over to the US.. Sometimes smart people aren't too smart imo...
