BTW, I did not make this wine-given to me by my brother-in-law who is a lawyer-clients give him stuff all the time-he has plenty. But I know a lot of people who have bought a kit and made it-just be sure you follow the directions or one night you may have a bomb go off. But these old hands don't use a kit-just handed down from generation to generation.
