I would agree with you if the stock price was at .014 and it dropped to where it is now within a few days.. As of late, the PPS has been consistently bantering from the high .002's to low .003s.
The recent licensing news was a non event as I correctly predicted. It will only make waves once it shows to be useful in clinical trials.

If BMSN tech works in humans and proves to be safe and either cures or halts the progression of certain cancers/diseases, BMSN and its investors stand to make a lot of money.
