Seeing as how It does not look like I will supplement my retirement with Baltia profits, I went to Rhode Island Sunday and Yesterday morning got recertified as a radar observer, So my license renewal is now complete and good for 5 years. I can now return to sea if anyone hires old men. and maybe we will be close to manuel acceptance in five years when I will be 73. and again ready to retire.!!
