"Hannover House has completed a "Form 10" Registration Statement document, and will be submitting this filing to the Securities & Exchange Commission's Edgar Reporting site along with the completed audits in the near-term future. The company recently closed a $5-million dollar corporate funding agreement with TCA Global Credit Master Fund, which includes an audit requirement and short-term deadline."
