Can you share your thoughts regarding the several hundred million shares the past management gave to themselves (or the entities that they were associated with). Are they still holding the shares or do you think they sold them? From the attorney letter, it seems those shares are still being held by the past management. Are those the shares MPIX is trying to get back?

What are you hearing regarding the 400 million common share conversion to preferred? Will that still happen?

I am trying to get an understanding of how many of the 1.3 billion shares outstanding are actively being traded. With all of the buying for the past 8 to 10 months, it would seem that most of the shares are now being held by longer term investors? Just the block being held by former management could keep the share price upward movement down should they decide to sell their shares in the short term.
