Re: Integracer02 #6179
Good info Integracer02.  However, this info does not cover a company converting to a holding company and then spinning off market segments (this can happen for as many market segments as might be available).  Then, instead of increasing or diluting shares, the holding company reduces its shares while issuing shares for the spin-off.  This type of transaction does require shareholders to surrender their shares, but they are then issued new shares in both companies (typically according to some ratio based on number of shares owned in the original company).

I only suggest this possibility because North Cal seems to be less active in Hollund's affairs then we were originally told they would be.  However, this can change, and North Cal might become more involved once Hollund starts harvesting.  As of now, we have not been told why North Cal is not providing milling services near the shoreline.  But this too could change if Hollund obtains a larger concession than this first one.
