I believe it had to be a Private Placement purchase of 60 million shares at half a penny.  Those shares are restricted for 6 months.....lol...not that Luis could trade any of his shares, anyway.  You see......if a guy like Luis sells shares, then it has to be announced to the public (allegedly to protect the public) and its effect would have the complete opposite of what we are seeing today.......AND LUIS KNOWS THAT!

Luis is a long time supporter of Baltia.....he was in BLTA way before me.....and his confidence in BLTA is of tremendous value to us all...............
