As expected 1gumbi.  All of us wrote letters of complaint to I-dud Admin.  In my case, I cited examples from their own handbook, but received a standard reply that did not address the specific issues in my letter.  I wrote back asking if they had even read my letter.  I received a second response that again was non-responsive to the issues I cited in their own handbook.  It was obvious the rules and regulations do not apply to all equally.  I suspect this is why the founder is now in jail for stock manipulation, and one can find numerous complaints and disappointments with a quick search on the web.
