New court docs in Houston case.
On 7/25, Geo asked the court to compel arbitration in Texas.
8/5: CWRN responds that the arbitration clause was for California and by filing all these motions in Houston, Geo has surrendered any rights to arbitration. They request it go to trial.
8/5: Court agrees. All parties to appear at a Docket call on 9/27/13. Trial set for 10/7/13.
